Today we are releasing new functionalities in Drag's automation rules.
🤜 New action: Mark as unread
From today, it is possible to create rules to automatically mark cards as unread when a specific trigger happens. Marking cards as unread automatically can be useful in a number of use cases especially when team members need to get back to specific conversations at a later stage.
To use this action, scroll down to the "Then..." section of automations, select the trigger "Gmail action" then the option "Mark as unread".

🤛 New condition: 'Contains all of' vs 'Contains any of'
Previously, Drag's conditions 'Subject, From and To' included only the option 'Contains', which could be ambiguous when users had multiple terms selected. In practical terms, it worked as a 'Contains all of' logic.
As of today, it is possible to chose between the logics 'Contains any of' OR 'Contains all of' which is particularly useful when members want automation rules to trigger for different terms.

🙌 New conditions 'subject', 'from' and 'to' for outbound emails
Previously, for the triggers involving outbound emails, 'New conversation (outbound) is created' and 'Outbound reply is sent', conditions were not available and the automations needed to trigger for any email.
From today, the same email conditions available to the other triggers (subject, from and to) are also available for outbound emails.
