It would be awesome to be able to merge cards in the List view, by selecting several cards and then using a Merge menu button or keyboard shortcut. As it is now, we have to change to the board view to merge the cards and then switch back. Merging several cards is clunky in the large card format of the board view.

This is a feature we have, but needs to be set every time you open or refresh. Would be good if there was a set of radio buttons to the right of the sort options that we could use to set the "default". Just like you do when determining the "default" sender for shared inboxes.

Just what the title says, have the ability to sort boxes in board per name would be nice. When you have many boxes and you are looking for a specific client, it would help loads.

Hi, I'm really liking what I see in Drag. It would be amazing if it were possible for the boxes on the boards to be per person/contact/email address and not per specific email conversation. I know you can relate different emails, but it feels a bit awkward this way. It would be perfect if it were per contact, and then, when opening the box, you would have the messages per conversation you've had with them. Another nice extra would be easy-to-use hotkeys. Finally, a view that allows you to see more info directly on the box (without clicking on it). If this could be flexible for us to choose, it would be amazing. For example, I could choose every box to show me: name, email, days since last interaction. All the best, Nicholas

I would like to see an automation that we can add so that when an Email is "Starred" we can then assign it to a specific Board.

For a clearer organization within a card, it would be very helpful to be able to organize Tasks into different Lists (similar to Trello), then the ability to copy and paste or duplicate those lists of tasks to other cards would be a game-changer!

I find it unfortunate that the Plus Plan only offers 1 template. It would be very helpful if you would allow 1 Card Template per Board at least or increase the limit to 5-10 for the Plus Plan.

Either new When condition "All inbound email" that combines "New conversation" and "Inbound replay" or possibility to use several "When" conditions simultaneusly. Reason: currently you need to make 2 rules when you need to forward initial inquiry and possible follow ups from same person. Cases like "I will send files with next email" / "I forgot to send attachement" etc.
