24h time format is broadly common. Living in 24h time space you must recalculate all the time. Over the course of a year this accumulates and makes a difference. Additionally for a 24-hour person, 12 pm / 12 am remains a mystery. We never know do you speak about day or night.

Creating rules need often several similar rules (for different boards, for different team members etc). It would be great if you can duplicate rules and rewrite only part of it.

We use Drag to manage our sales funnel. We get a lot of request and really want to use some automated email templates. While that function is there we really want to send and HTML email that showcases the prodcuts the customers are inquiring about.

I have many boards with upwards of 20 items in each column. When I drag and drop from one column to the next, I would prefer if the "newer" items in the column would be at the top, without needing to actually drop it at the top. This would help me keep better track of which items have been sitting in a specific column for a while. This could be an optional setting, as I'm sure this may not be everyone's preference.

Auto tag conversations based on sentiment or topic.

Having the ability to automate a message for WhatsApp, such as sending a message when it's outside of business hours on the dashboard, answering messages when messages containing an “x” word arrive, etc. With this Drag could reach the next level.

Can you add a function to reverse email conversations so the most recent reply is at the top and the oldest at the bottom of a conversation please? Or is it already in place and I've just missed it? I don't want to be notified when I send an email to a card in a Drag Board. I just sent the email so I don't need to be told by Drag that I sent the email. When I do now, it pops up on my iPhone every time I send a message to a Drag card.
