What's New:
AI Drafts automatically generates reply drafts for emails that require a response, helping your team clear your inbox faster and less manually.
It acts like a human assistant who prepares replies, so you only need to review, edit, and send.
Here’s how it works when a new email arrives:
- Drag’s AI analyzes the content and intent
- It detects whether the sender expects a reply
- If yes, Drag generates a natural, context-aware draft
- The draft is saved directly in your Gmail thread (and shared with your team)
- It appears inside the Drag card, ready for instant review and send
All processing happens securely in Drag’s AI engine, keeping your data private.
✨ AI-powered, and collaborative
Just like Drag’s shared drafts, AI Drafts are visible to your entire team inside the same card. Anyone can tweak wording, improve the message, or send it.
Two ways to use AI Drafts
You can choose the setup that fits your workflow:
- ✍️Automatic:drafts are suggested for incoming emails on that board
- ✨ Manual:drafts are generated only when you apply the ✨AI Draft tag
Either way, you stay fully in control. AI Drafts never send emails on your behalf.
